Keighley Business Awards Celebrates a Strong Number of Entries
Keighley Business Awards (KBA) is celebrating a strong number of entries.
Tickets for Keighley’s biggest business event, which is taking place on Friday May 16 (7pm) at Victoria Hall, are limited and are now available online. Said Philip Smith, chair of KBA’s steering committee: “What a fantastic response to this year’s awards. We’re only in our second year, but such a jump in interest proves that the awards are a much needed initiative for local businesses.”
Judging is currently taking place and nominations will be announced on the KBA website on Friday 2nd May 2014.
Phillip added: “With 188 tickets already sold, and much loved TV presenter Harry Gration hosting the event, it’s already set to be a great night. We’re encouraging businesses to attend whether they’ve entered or not as there is a real feel good factor on the night and it’ll be a great networking opportunity.”
The event steering group is a collaboration of local organisations, bringing a wide range of expertise together to ensure the event is a success and one that will grow year-on-year. It includes; Airedale Enterprise Services; Airedale Shopping Centre; Bingley Chamber of Trade and Commerce; CB Digital PR; Clough and Company Chartered Accountants; Hayfield Robinson; Keighley News; Keighley Town Centre Association and Puddle Digital.
